The purpose of the form is to confirm our  agreement  even  if  you  have  already contacted us via phone, email, or contact form.  It is also for planning purposes...and it's for your benefit!

Please pay close attention to the date and time that you choose.

Think about starting your service later if the party is lengthy or your guests tend to arrive late.

We do not need an exact head count but a rough idea of number and ages of guests to gauge your needs for time and design choices.  In general, kids refers to under 19 yrs, although tiny kids may not want to participate, but you may count them if you think they might be interested.

Your anticipated scenario may change at time of party, and that is fine.  We will do our best to work with you and your guests, but will seek your input if necessary at time of party.

Fine Print & Helpful Info:

As much as we hate to bring a black cloud over the fun of kids party services, we are starting to enforce some of our policies...just as other event service providers do.  

We pride ourselves on not having to set a strict cap on number of guests and hope to maintain this policy.  We are here to make your job easier by entertaining your guests so that you can see to your party needs, but sometimes the guests do not know our arrangements and we must inform them on your behalf.  This frequently involves very politely declining certain requests or asking guests to comply with our company safety rules and guidelines.

The following are some of the common issues that we may have to very politely remind guests about.

We cannot paint contagiously ill children, nor can they be left very near our table or area unattended.

We do one design/balloon for each guest then cycle over again for seconds when all have one.  If we are on seconds and a new guest joins the line, they will bump ahead of all who have already been accommodated... then we will resume with seconds.  

We will not paint a child against their will and we typically do arm or leg for babies.

We have many popular characters & designs for face painting, but in general, we prefer to do our own designs and refrain from copying other people's artwork.

We typically decline requests for designs that are unflattering, inappropriate, or do not translate well to body art.  

We have a few sports logos for glitter tattoos but are usually unable to paint these freehand unless party is very small.  This is to keep it fair for all guests as there may not be time to do this on all at a large event.

If you choose to focus on kids first, we still don't mind accommodating adults if the line dies down and there is still time...this may be in between kids arriving, or near our end time. However, if a large group of adults get in line very near the end we may not be able to accommodate them all without running into overtime for which you may incur a charge (starts at $20 per 15 minutes depending on services that run over).

Overtime for 1-3 young kids who have not been accommodated is ok, but if they keep adding to line the above charge may apply.

If children touch, play with or climb on any of our equipment we may have to stop what we are doing to remedy the situation. This cuts into your service time so we ask them politely but briefly to work with us...we have had parents bothered by this as they sometimes perceive us to be a kids' play area. We cannot supervise toddlers & over-active kids while we are busy.

If a parent is in line with a young child who is very active or has difficulty waiting, we may try to bump them up in line to make it more comfortable for all.
