Payment in full is mandatory unless otherwise agreed upon. Please do not pay prior to confirming availability of date.
In order to secure your ideal date and time, we must have payment within a reasonable time period of our having come to an agreement.

Refund for cancellation:
There is nonrefundable $50 fee if services are canceled. The deposit may be applied to a future date & time if: (a) the new date/time is in fact available, and (b) we did not decline any business while holding your date/time.
Modification of services after booking:
We will be happy to accommodate requests for any time or service modifications, even within the 21-day time frame, if this does not affect other bookings. Excludes downgrading services, in general, but we will try to work with you depending on your particular situation. Please email right away if this need arises.
